Nonprofit Online Advertising Account Associate

Gott Advertising is a leading online advertising agency serving nonprofit clients in the US & worldwide. We are looking for an exceptional Online Advertising Account Associate with experience in nonprofit online fundraising, advocacy and awareness ad campaigns to join our virtual team of passionate, creative experts. This is a part-time contract position of approximately 20 hours a week, and reports to the President.

The Online Advertising Account Associate is a new position that will provide support across our team of five, with the opportunity to contribute to dozens of client accounts. Specifically, the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting client campaigns (through research, setup, copy writing, and reporting) and meeting coordination, agenda creation, summary follow up.

This is an excellent position for anyone passionate about promoting nonprofit causes and looking to deepen his/her expertise in optimizing online campaigns while maintaining a flexible schedule. While this position starts at the Associate level, our goal is to grow this role into a more independent Manager position after 6 months of training and weekly check-ins.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage online ad campaigns start to finish.
  • Create custom reports and provide strategic analysis weekly for campaigns on Adwords, Facebook, YouTube, Bing and other online ad platforms for 10-20 accounts
  • Set up, implement, track and improve campaigns and ad groups week to week
  • Do keyword research and write ad copy
  • Participate in client calls, take notes & summarize meetings
  • Research problem issues & new features with ad platforms, Analytics & various CRMs
  • Support logistics of setting up phone meetings

Requirements

  • 4 years minimum managing paid Adwords campaigns for nonprofits
  • 4 years minimum managing Facebook campaigns for nonprofits
  • 4 years minimum managing multiple Google Grants accounts
  • 1 year minimum client management or client services
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Excellent quantitative, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized amidst many moving parts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Past experience working with remote teams is not required, but highly desired
