Gott Advertising consists of a virtual group of online advertising experts who have decades of combined experience with progressive organizations in the field and online. They have seamlessly planned and executed thousands of online campaigns for hundreds of NP clients.
Kevin Gottesman founded Gott Advertising in January of 2007 with the hope that keywords could slay dragons. Quaker Schools, an early Scrabble obsession and a family full of card carrying liberals, language professors, artists & musicians set him on an inevitable path of starting an Online Advertising Agency for nonprofits.
After gaining print and radio advertising experience at UNC Chapel Hill and in New York City, he migrated to San Francisco in 1993, waiting patiently for internet advertising to be invented. He enjoys whale watching, hummingbird races, crisp volleys, swing jazz, egg nog ice cream & traveling to places like Vietnam, New Zealand, Japan or a warm tennis tournament.
Kyra Stoddart jolted Gott Advertising into the future, joining in 2013 after being a Gott Advertising client for several years at Amnesty International USA. Her strategic expertise in social and search advertising are respected, admired and emulated throughout the NP industry.
She’s a communicator / campaigner with unparalleled experience in online marketing, advocacy, fundraising and content development. She holds an MA in International Affairs from the New School and a BA in Communications from Boston University. Based in New York, she might rather be traveling in Colombia or eating Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.
Carrie Menke parachuted into Gott Advertising in the fall of 2015. She manages multiple long and short term campaigns for dozens of clients. An expert with details and facts on a wide variety of topics, she excels at Trivial Pursuit, likes Sea Turtles, Owls & Belgium.
She brings nonprofit experience from places like Musical Mentors & Exceptional Lives, as well a side career as a film producer. A graduate of the University of Dayton. Carrie also enjoys deliciously sustainable seafood near Boston.
Jen Zaleski energized Gott Advertising in October 2015 and also manages multiple long and short term campaigns for dozens of clients. Dedicating her career to NonProfit work, which includes most recently being the Executive Director of the Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation.
She earned her B.A. from UCLA and an M.S.W. in Social Work from Columbia University. An expert at online advertising problem solving, she excels at Clue, and adores Manatees, Flamingos and Black Sesame Ice Cream. She enjoys destinations like Zanzibar, Honduras & Little Corn Island in Nicaragua when she’s not running in the streets of New York.
Eric Squair has captained the Analytics & Tracking ship for Gott Advertising since early 2014. The Big E started his non profit career dressing in a furry koala suit to solicit donations in the Sydney subway at age 19. Sadly, there is no photographic evidence.
Since then his tenure at Greenpeace, and as an independent consultant for hundreds of nonprofits has helped Gott Advertising clients untangle Analytics & Conversion Tracking. Based in Toronto, Eric can be found sailing on Lake Ontario, which explains his fondness for seagulls.
